1: Remove cover for wires leading in to gun via boxmag tubes (bit that clips in) undo the screws holding the 4 wires in place and drill out holes, mine were too large to be held in place, then solder the wires to the connections after that make shore the wires slide up and down the tube when be disconnected and connected.
2: micro switch for boxmag remove and throw away, extend wires to the rear of the receiver affix (solder) small brass plate to one wire + hot glue/super glue to bottom of receiver just before the small ramp. Glue + pin plastic arm about 3 inches long to rear bar of trigger arm. Affix onto the brass plate to this + solder to wire. You now have a bomb proof non micro feed switch. Where trigger bar extension crosses over safety slide in/out sector pin you will need to cut another slit in the safety pin. 3: trigger it self will break at some point. Obtain 4/5mm alloy block + file new trigger. Drill interference hole for shaft + fit pin so that trigger fits tight at the middle of the shaft, sides of trigger bay will keep it centred. 4: dispose of white plastic connections in box mag +solder wires together. 5: make two plates out of 1m alloy about 25mmx35 mm drill appropriate holes +glue + screw to rear end of body where pin is that keeps the stock on at this area will crack or break and the pin will fall out and your stock will fall off. 6: clean brass bb feed tube in box mag as it gets dirty from stuff falling in the box mag and can cause miss feeding. hope it helps ... have a chat to myself (my dad) or jim about it as we have all repaired them and would happly explain more to make the gun bomb proof.. |
